Making Monks Takes A New Turn

I want to extend my gratitude to all the supporters of Making Monks. Your compassion made a real difference. From this point on Making Monks is making a drastic shift in the nature of its efforts. Making Monks will no longer be actively seeking support for the funding of Buddhism's future monastics. Naturally, this important mission will remain one of our key activities, however, Making Monks will serve as venue for the transmission of the Buddha Dharma. Within the next several days I will begin offering translations of the works of Kukai, the founder of Japanese Esoteric Buddhism. All sentient beings are invited to enrich themselves and their lives with a great understanding of one of the greatest Buddhist philosophers and practitioners of all time.
